Konsyl Return Policy

What is the Konsyl return policy?

For all products purchased in the Konsyl online store (U.S. orders):

For more than 75 years, the Konsyl brand has provided safe and effective products through the highest commitment to quality. For this reason, all products previously shipped to consumers will not be returned and/or restocked.

If you feel there is a defect, please DO NOT discard the product. Contact customer service via email at contact@konsyl.com or call 1-800-356-6795.

Orders outside the United States:

See the return policy for international orders.

For Konsyl Products purchased from a retailer (grocery or drugstore, etc):
All Konsyl products purchased from an authorized reseller should be returned to the reseller. Any refund is at the discretion of the reseller.


What is the return policy for international orders?

All sales are final for international orders.

If the package is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, if the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Konsyl Pharmaceuticals for the return of the package.

If the cost to return to shipper is greater than the cost of the products ordered, Konsyl will abandon the order and there will be no credit to the customer. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

When you order products, you are considered the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods.

Any fees charged to Konsyl Pharmaceuticals due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If items are returned to us as a result of non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, less 20% of the value of your order for restocking fees, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
