Fiber-Forward Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients  

  • 2 Cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
  • 8 oz Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Konsyl Organic Psyllium Fiber Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions:

  • Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, greek yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika & Konsyl Organic Psyllium Fiber. Stir until combined.

  • Add Chicken & Cheese

Fold in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese to combine.

  • Bake & Enjoy

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Spread it evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and serve warm with fresh veggies & whole grain crackers.
